This device is amazing and i love it.

I love the fact that you can use this to find your device, at that you can customize the screen and it calculates steps and everything!! I had a fitbit before but I love this so much more! Definitely worth it.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

Love it but temperture not accurate and battrey life

this thing is awesome. Love it. I spend many hours on the baseball field and I wear this while on the field and at work. Very durable.
Things I wished were better: The setting for the time and temp would be great for me if only the temperature was correct. Samsung guy told me they are working on fixing this. If it gets fix, I will be extremely happy. Battery life doesn't seem to last 3 days. Wish it would last longer but really that's not that big of a deal for me. The Pedometer and exercise functions are awesome as well as the stop watch and timer functions. I haven't tried the heart rate function yet but will soon. I also think getting text messages on it is very cool. No more digging my phone out of my bag or pocket. It would be nice if the price was about 50 dollars less but I purchased it anyway.

My husband bought this for me. I had the Fit bit and this does so much more. My wrist is very small and I was not able to wear the Galaxy Gear. I was very excited when I saw the Samsung ad at Best Buy for the Gear Fit. Looking forward to being able to purchase other color bands. If you are looking for a watch this is so much more.

This is my second one because push button went down it self and never come out.
I had this problems on first one I have a second one but same problems with in 60days.
Don't buy this product.

I have been looking for a heart rate monitor since mine died 2 years ago. I had a fit bit but it did not monitor heart rate. This watch has everything I have been looking and more. I am excited to track my sleep along with my workout tomorrow! I love the look and that I can see my notifications on my wrist.

Great Look, but Poor Integration

This watch does what's expected of it well - tracks footsteps, notifications, beautiful display and sleek looks. I always receive compliments over it. However the integration was done poorly. For example -
1) You need to download the Gear Fit Manager - it's basically the expanded watch settings app.
2) S Health App - This is used to port the info from your Fit to the app. Good app, but needs improvements. Also, due to an update, a major week of activities tracked by my fit didn't port into the app, causing it to be over-written.
3) The sleep app is an additional app within the S Health ecosystem ... it's not part of S Health. That was extremely bad in my opinion.
Conclusion - Samsung rushed to the market with this product and did not spend the money on R&D like they should have. Your competitor will release a smart watch and get it right the first time. Sorry, but you failed this time. (Of course you can keep updating the software and make it better, which is what's probably going to happen)

Cons: Did not meet expectations

Love but would ABSOLUTELY love

I am obsessed with my Gear Fit. I love it, but I would absolutely love it more if I could link it to MyFitnessPal. I have the SHealth but its hard to enter portions on the food for me. Ive been using MyFitnessPal and love using it...I really wish it was able to be linked with them. :/

I ended up returning it --- and getting the Gear S2

I loved the potential that the Gear Fit had: Lightweight, non-obtrusive design, clear screen, long battery life, etc. It has such a good possibility of being so much better.
However, in practice and in day-to-day usage, it failed to meet expectations.
The app marketplace is pretty miniscule. It's like the developers skipped right over the opportunity of the Gear Fit in favor of the sexier Gear S2 or other smartwatches.
The pedometer and heart rate monitors were also a bit inaccurate, leading to having this device be significantly off from my Note 4. Annoying.
However, in practice and in day-to-day usage, it failed to meet expectations.
The app marketplace is pretty miniscule. It's like the developers skipped right over the opportunity of the Gear Fit in favor of the sexier Gear S2 or other smartwatches.
