The only thing that would be better, would be of it would work with any calendar app or alarm app. I didn't really want to load new ones. I still haven't found an alarm app that it really works with either.
I do like the product very much though.

Cons: no speaker, not compatible with all apps.

I really love my gear fit!! It does everything I wanted it to do and more. It's so convenient to be able to look at who is trying to contact me without pulling out and unlocking my phone. I can decide if it's something important that I need to deal with now or if it can wait. having the pedometer has been motivating as well - every time I meet my goal it inspires me to try to do more! I'm very happy with it!
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight

I love the sleek design but it falls short of being useful. Can't read a full text without installing a separate messaging app which requires several clicks to open a message. Biggest problem is that when a new notification comes in you can't wake it up with a wrist turn and immediately see the notification. This makes it hard to look at notifications discretely since you have to tap several places to get a message. That leaves it being mostly an over-priced pedometer.
Fix this and I would say that although it has far fewer functions than other smart watches, it would be worth while if you are looking for something small and sleek.

Cons: Did not meet expectations, difficult to read notifications quickly, no speaker, no microphone, no internet as ccess, most functions require dnldng and using an app

It was really easy to use easy to set up to my phone it works great I just have to remember to turn the functions on.

Sleep features disappointing

I purchased this product specifically for sleep features. In the latest Firmware update, they took out many of the sleep features. If you can remember to set your Gear on sleep mode each night, only want to know how long you slept, and only get the % of movement for your sleep monitoring, this is the smart watch for you. If not, don't waste your money.

Cons: Did not meet expectations, sleep features sub par

If you're looking for an inexpensive watch loaded with functions, the gear fit is for you. It doesn't have a camera and you can't use it as a phone to talk to your wrist, but who really wants to do that anyway. You can read text messages and email and respond with quick saved replies and you can reject phone calls or reject and reply with a saved message. You can also use it as a remote control for any media apps on your phone. And oh yeah, did I mention, it's a nice looking watch too. It's a great product for a great price, definitely pick one up.
