I received my Gear Fit as a gift and I fell in love with it from day one, so many times before I would forget where I placed my phone down and spend way too much time trying to find it. Now all I do is click on My Device and bingo, my phone begins to ring. I sleep in my Gear to receive how my sleeping is going as well as checking my heart rate. My employer offers challenges for the most steps a person takes a day, with my gear, its a piece of cake. I cannot express how much I love My Gear Fit. I would recommend this product to everyone.

I was going back and forth between this and fitbit and this offered so much than the fitbit for the price and it pairs perfectly with my S5. I love it and wear it everyday.

Disappointing Performance but the Time is Accurate

I've had this watch now for 9 months and put it through a lot of paces.
Hard core fitness folks will be disappointed in the reliability of the fitness performance of this device. Tied to my Samsung phone, the path mapping is inconsistent. The calorie calculation is poor. The steps are probably somewhat accurate and gives a decent reference to mileage.
Still don't know how the sleep measurement correlates to whether you slept well. It's based upon movement while you sleep. I can be wide awake, not moving and it shows 100% rest.
The "wake" function of lifting the arm works sometimes and doesn't work sometimes.
There are a lot of functions, but the hiking and cycling only works if you have your phone and you have some level of service.
I do like the connection to the phone where I can quickly see who is calling/texting me without pulling out my phone.
Really not sure it is worth the money.
Pros: Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, poor accuracy
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I wanted this little creature to motivate me to walked and see my progress, but I have learned to use a lot of the apps, and I love it. I wanted it so bad that my husband surprised me with it the date of my birthday 09/09/15, I love all the Samsung products.

Overall, I love the gear. The only complaint I have is they should have added some speakers and storage. I am completely in love with my gear, its very convenient and I wear it all the time.

I have the S5 and the OnePlus One. This device works well with the S5 of course, but I need it to pair up with my OnePlus One also and it won't. Other than that, its a great piece of tech that has me sold with accessibility and convenience. Just wish it would pair/connect to my OnePlus also

I got this nice little watch for its fitness features and plan to give it a good run through! The design is just right and you can barely even tell it's there and the price was perfect.
