Great product! Syncs easily with the Samsung galaxy S5 and s health app. Would like it to sync with more apps like runkeeper. I was looking at different smart watches for awhile now. This does a lot more with my phone which I like and you can check your heart rate. Reasonably priced for all that it does.
Pros: Inexpensive, Durable, Lightweight
I would recommend this to a friend!

I changed out my Fit Bit because this one had more features. The main reason I use it is for the phone and text features. The problem is, after 4 weeks it stopped reconnecting with my phone. This makes it useless. I have missed many text and calls due to the Gear being disconnected. It was GREAT when it worked properly.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive
Cons: Too big, bluetooth unstable

It is a great device. It is a bit sensitive when trying to select a icon, it will often move to the next screen. I'm getting better at selecting what I want and not moving to the next screen. It is a great device since I work in a place where some of the facilities will not allow me to take a personal cell phone with me, so this keeps track of all of the walking I am doing inside the secure facility.
The heart rate monitor is very quick and accurate.
It looks like a nice watch but doesn't jump out at you, very subtle.
I'd recommend it to a friend.

Cons: screen is very sensitive to movement

I liked the Samsung Gear Fit initially. But after I realized there was no major developer support and Android apps won't run on it, I quickly became unhappy with my purchase. On top of that, this device only works with Samsung products and a clip that holds the charger in place broke. Not happy at all with this productproduct.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: Did not meet expectations, poor design of charger, poor developer support, no integration with non-samsung products
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the Gear Fit

I use this daily. It is very easy to use once you get into the routine of wearing it. I hope Samsung comes out with this design to wear in the water. I would like the app to track more fitness activities, but I still would not trade this fitness devices for others on the market.

purchased online... Battery lasts for about 2 days... Presently surprised how well the phone/watch compliment each other. I already enjoy getting text notifications and score alerts on the watch (versus just the phone). Will buy newer versions as the products get better.

I have had pedometer, the very small fit bit (which I lost) my Samsung phone all were good this is great I put it on and no matter what I am doing I get my steps counted and the phone feature is fantastic I know when a call is coming without having my phone on me . love it
