Fit was cool at first then less than 30 days in it got stuck in a continuous reboot loop. I see a lot of comments online about this issue, but no real solution other than sending it back to Samsung for repair or replacement.
bummed out!!

I love my gear fit. It is the gear fit I purchased for a friend that has been sent back to be repaired twice in the three months since it was purchased.

Gear Fit is lightweight, easy to setup and use. Works fabulously with my Samsung smartphone & tablet! I've been using it several months and really like it for the fitness features and the Bluetooth technology to get certain updates where I didn't have to have my smartphone out. However, I no longer have my Gear Fit - the one draw back that I was concerned with came true this past Sunday (May 17, 2015) and that was with the band design. The way the band is designed, as I found out several times over the past months, that if it gets caught on something (like my shoulder bag or placing my hand in coat pocket) it will pop off. I've even woke up to find my Gear Fit missing from my wrist & on the floor. Would I purchase another Gear Fit? Would I recommend Gear Fit to a friend? YES, IF and only IF the band is redesigned where it will NOT come off until I remove it from my wrist. Now, I have to believe that I'm not the only one that this has happened to. I have made an attempt to contact Samsung regarding my experience but was on hold via chat for too long - I will try again later. I love my Samsung products, I have several and I hope they will seriously look at this band design & fix it.
