Perfect for me since I am a gal-most everything else just looks to bulky on my wrist and at least you can look at your wrist when someone calls or emails or texts and not pick up your phone to look every single time. A+++++++
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, smaller for gals !

simple and elegant design actually works

I bought 2 of these one for my husband and one for myself. We both own Samsung phones so I can not speak to the ease of use with other android devices. I had researched smart watches with fitness trackers extensively before buying the gear fit. I also looked into just fitness trackers with HR monitors. I chose the gear fit because of its simplicity, smart shape and because of the connection to my messages and phone calls. I have not missed a call or message since. I could not imagine myself walking and talking to my wrist so I did not want a watch that made calls. It is so simple to use you can clear notifications in one tap or read them if you wish. If your phone is in one room where you can't hear it the vibration on your wrist lets you know you have a call or message, so I can leave my phone in my purse. The heart rate monitor is good and the connection to S health is great . There is a good selection of apps out for the Gear Fit, navigation is one I use when in a new place. We have been wearing them since before Christmas and really like them. My husband is a racquetball play so the Gear Fit gets some rough play.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, attractive, long lasting charge
Cons: i really have none

Love this product previously had a fit bit and this is much more user friendly and helpful. Very easy setup and reports are great.

Easy to loose

The band is not very secure. The clasp has separated several times for my wife and myself. Fortunately for my wife she has found her device twice after it has fallen off. It get stuck on clothes and you don't notice that its off your wrist.

I really love this Samsung Gear Fit. It's light weight it works well with my Samsung Galaxy s5. Just wish it would work better with a few more feature. 1 in the HEALTH Dept. since it does your Heart Rate it would be great if it did your Oxygen level as well since they work off the same dept. Plus I also wish this device would answer my phone calls for me & make my go to speaker phone for me especially when I am driving down the road it would be very helpful in that dept. Other than I think it a great device for people with medical needs. I still have not figured out how to use a lot of things on this device, wish there was somebody around here locally to show me how to use it more & more to make it more enjoy able to me.

I have had pedometer, the very small fit bit (which I lost) my Samsung phone all were good this is great I put it on and no matter what I am doing I get my steps counted and the phone feature is fantastic I know when a call is coming without having my phone on me . love it

Good while it lasted

I got the Gear Fit for my birthday in February and it worked great until the end of March. Then it went into a permanent boot mode. You can't shut it off or turn it on, it just continuously reboots. I enjoyed it while it worked, using the pedometer and the heart monitor. I also liked that I could get and send messages and screen calls. The kids I worked with thought it was cool. However, for the price, a month and a half of operation is not long enough. It is not worth the money.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, does not last
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
