This Gear Fit is neat

I walk 5.5 miles, or more per day. I use a GPS tracker but it only works outside. I bought the Gear Fit so I could track all of my daily walking. I like everything about the Gear Fit. I like that I can use it without having to connect it to my phone, unless I want to. It is fairly accurate but I only need it to be close, it is only about .15 miles less then my GPS tracker. I have been using another brand of tracker, since 01-2015, but it keeps breaking, so I decided to try the Gear Fit. I am glad that I did. I will be only using the Gear Fit from now on. It has all the features that I was Looking for, in a fitness tracker. I have only had it since 04-26-2016, so I am still learning everything about and I can't comment on most of the pros or cons but I really like it.!!!!!
Pros: Inexpensive, Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: none so far

Great features: tracking your steps, heart rate and can maximize your running / exercise routine with integrated app. Well worth the investment.

I bought this watch after the band casing accidentally broke on my Gear 2 Neo. I was unable to repair or replace it since it was over a year old (and apparently purchased internationally - I bought it on online), so I decided that it was just time to get a new watch.
My Gear Fit was very inexpensive. I know plenty of watches that cost much more with much less functionality. This watch is very stylish, complete with a chrome trim and scrolling words. The clock is customizable to a degree (I use a picture), and the band fits easily. I can read messages without issue, and I have a customizable quick reply list that allows me to keep moving while I'm on the go.
The only thing that I don't like about this one is that it won't answer or make calls. My Gear 2 Neo spoiled me in that respect. However, I can reject incoming calls on the watch, even with a text message. Despite that one con, it still feels like an upgrade from my Neo.

It freeze and some times loose charge withing 10 min of being charged. Also the silver or chrome

The Gear Fit is truly an awesome device. From viewing texts to silencing alarms, it has all the bells and whistles. My only complaint is that it does not track my steps when I am pushing my children in the jogging stroller. I walked a 5 mile trail this past weekend with my kids in tow, and the watch did not track a single one of those steps while my hand was on the stroller. I am a very active mom of two. I take my kids out for walks and runs on a regular basis. When it's just myself out on a run, the tracker is always on point. I hate to have to find a new device, but I am walking or running with my kids more often than not and I need the pedometer aspect of the watch to be more reliable.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: does not track steps while pushing the stroller

Haven't had any problems with the app or connection. Battery life is about 3 days at a time. The only thing that irks me is the silver around the screen is coming off. I have had it less than a month! Other than that it is wonderful. Love it!
