Although it is not a full on smart watch it is great for the features it has and especially for the price. Im very happy with it overall.
Pros: Inexpensive, Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: not a whole lot of features

I LOVE this watch! This is my second one (lost my first one) I bought it mainly for the exercise tracking and heart rate moniter etc., but the email /text notifications and being able to send short responses back is great!
I have looked at all the HUGE & ugly Apple watches and I just can not understand why anyone would want them. In my opinion this design does it all without feeling clunky. I wear it 24/7.
On another note, I took my watch off when I went in my Jacuzzi and by accident it fell in the water. Didn't realize it until about half hour later. Went to retrieve it and it works PERFECT!
Thank you so much Samsung for this fantastically designed watch! It is everything I want and more!!!
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight, love everything about it!
Cons: no cons to add !

Love this product, keeps track of my steps, helps we keep track of my phone call ( have a habit of missing call, due to not hearing them). Only one issue the monitoring cover fell out and now I can't do heart monitoring only had gear fit 3 months.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Did not meet expectations

I received my Gear Fit as a gift and I fell in love with it from day one, so many times before I would forget where I placed my phone down and spend way too much time trying to find it. Now all I do is click on My Device and bingo, my phone begins to ring. I sleep in my Gear to receive how my sleeping is going as well as checking my heart rate. My employer offers challenges for the most steps a person takes a day, with my gear, its a piece of cake. I cannot express how much I love My Gear Fit. I would recommend this product to everyone.

Please make a watch face with seconds!!!

I love my Samsung gear fit!! I love that it tracks my steps, logs my runs, and I can easily control my music without having to take my phone out of my pocket while I'm running! THE ONLY DOWNSIDE, I wish the clock had the seconds, or that there was a clock with seconds that I could download. Being a nurse I need to be able to see the time down to the seconds so using the stop watch isn't an option. PLEASE make a watch that has the seconds!!
Pros: Durable, Lightweight
Cons: wish the watch had the seconds on it

One would think that if you're spending good money on Techware that the manufacturer would at least give a secure way for the owner to keep it.
The locking clasp on this unit is poor to say the least.
I have a problem with there snap n hold concept of closure. The buckle has a proven track record of security and why they want to reinvent the wheel leaves me clueless.
Other than that I feel samsung is on to something.

I love my Gear Fit...it pairs nicely with my Galaxy S5. Once you download the manager you can customize easily. The band is a tad small but its doable. i'm looking forward to what it has to offer.
