Replaced old cartridges with all the above, now have issue with printer head .Printer won't work. Some reward for loyal purchaser of an over priced item.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It was sure to be disappointing when the printer had a problem. I am sorry that you had this experience.
It sounds like you got an error message indicates that there is a problem with the printhead inside the printer. Sometimes the message can be cleared by performing a reset (unplug the printer while it is on, wait a minute, and then plug it in again). If that doesn't help, there are further instructions online about how to handle this type of error. Just search using your printer's model and the error message you are seeing.

Used this ink for years and it never failed me, both the regular and the XL. The salesperson promised me ink for my new printer if I purchased the newer model, I have received the ink replacement I mailed in unused.
