I have not been able to get it to work.

I'm told that maybe my DVD is a little thicker than normal and so it rubs and will not work.

Hard to use for even the most simple task. Will not pay a movie disk and the help section is a real wast of time

WORTHLESS

It took me HOURS and HOURS to realize this useless device would not connect to my Macbook Air. DO NOT BUY THIS unless you have a PhD in computer technology because you'll NEVER figure out how to get this worthless thing to work.

Doesn't work at all.

This has taken all my afternoon to try to work out. It simply doesn't work. I get a blank DVD screen and it makes all the right noises but will not play anything. Tried many DVDs, tried rebooting, changed cable, looked for software (none). Tried everything.
