Good until Wifi module dies on you

I have had this TV for a year and a half. I was mostly happy with the picure quality and other aspects of the TV. However, yesterday when I turned my TV on, it said it couldn't connect to the internet through my Wifi. After attempting to re-connect several times, I realized it does not see any Wifi routers at all. Seems like the Wifi module is fried and it's only a year and a half old. Looking around the internet, it seems like this is a common thing for the Wifi module to die in a Samsung TV, as they are poor quality.
Warranty is only one year, so I'm stuck with a TV with a dead Wifi module after only a year and a half. I'm not going to buy another Samsung TV and chance this happening again with such a widespread design/manufacturing flaw.
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

on August 3, 2020

i am not a tv expert but all i can say is my tv runs day and night and there have never been any issues. now that i have ro return to work, my tv will be off but i can say this tv has never almost been turned off in over 3 yrs. i have read reviews on all this new thin q, led, old crap and its all garbage..simple garbage. i don't know much about back lights and stuff but my tv put is great, no issues, can access my apps wtc. i am searching high and low for the same tv larger than a 32. i dread buying even a new samsung because i hear and have read they are a waste of money. samsung needs to just bring this simple tv back

I have been a faithful consumer of Samsung products all my life. The screen failure on the 6300 Series TV is a well known problem which Samsung refuses to acknowledge exists. Very disappointing.
Pros: Bright display, Built-in speakers
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
