Poor Motion Rate
on July 5, 2015
Posted by: 2JazzyJ
Purchased this tv recently and I am very happy with it except for the Motion Rate. Why in the world would Samsung build anything with this rate? Any medium movement and the picture lags really bad. I bought a 65'' 2 yrs ago with a 240 Motion Rate and is is great. All that is offered in a 75'' without going to 4K is 120. This makes no sense. I'm really worried about when football season comes around.
Cons: 120 motion rate

Smart Review

I had the pleasure of purchasing a new 50' LED Smart TV with the hopes that it would be all that I expected, But I was sadly disappointed overall the TV has a Rich and bright display. The colors are realistic and great speaker sound to go along with it as well. Which is one of the reason for the purchase of the TV. My wife and I are really into the tech scene and I Samsung for there smart apps and features but was greatly disappointed when it started to malfunction right out the box. One issue was the TV was turning off and on at random mind you this is a brand new TV that we had just brought home. So we thought ok it might be just a defected TV we packed the TV and proceeded to exchange it. We were hopeful that the new exchange will have new issues and that we would enjoy our Netflix in no time, But then again for the second time we were disappointed when it started to malfunction just the first TV we had received. The only pro is that the TV only turns off and on for a minimum of 5 intervals. Then from there the TV starts to perform at its best. but then we still are afraid to try any of the apps to fear that we will damage it further and that we have to return to the store once more. But overall we are happy with the TV just not happy with its performance with the screen and connectivity issue. I believe that over time Samsung will come back strong and help resolve these issues described in my review.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight, big display, easy set-up
Cons: Did not meet expectations, poor connectivity, poor software update, poor performance
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Last Samsung device I will ever purchase
on December 31, 2015

The sound constantly goes out of sync and I have to adjust the sound delay. Smart View 2.0 no longer supports "Watch your TV entertainment on your mobile device" like listed on the website. Also "TV TO MOBILE - MIRRORING" and "BRIEFING ON TV" require a Galaxy S6 or higher. This is not listed anywhere on the website. I guess that falls under "Features and specifications are subject to change without prior notification" clause. After digging deeper I found out this has been the case for months but no changes on the website. This will be the last Samsung device I ever purchase. I will go with a company that actually updates their website when features change.
It is an ok TV aside from the sound issue but the missing features were one of the major reasons I selected a Samsung TV. It is a little unsettling when you can't trust the manufacturer's website.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: features listed on website not supported, sound out of sync
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

USB not working and No Windows 10 support
on October 24, 2015

This TV set up easily and seemed to wok well. Within a month or two, I had consistent audio delay issues when playing media files (avi, mp4, etc.). Samsung chat support was no help, but I found the audio delay adjustment under Sound settings myself.
Now, the TV will not play any media files on a USB/flash drives, although for a couple of months after purchase it did work very well. Now, the TV says there is "no content" on the USB drives (I have tried multiple flash drives from 1 gigabyte up to 1.5 terabytes in size). The same USB drives work perfectly well on my older Samsung smart TV, and work on any computer I test the USB drives on. This is very frustrating
Also, Samsung chat support told me (in October 2015) that Smart Hub does not work with Windows 10 (which I recently upgraded my computer to), so I cannot stream content from my computer/network to the TV.
I would not buy this product again.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, poor quality control, usb not working
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Its been little over 6 months that I've been using the product and by far I'm very much happy with all the features. One of the best is display quality and it is even great in 1080p. I totally recommend anyone who wants the best for such a low price.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great new TV

I'm really enjoying my new 32-inch LED Samsung TV. The picture quality is so sharp I can actually see the pores in people's faces. That's amazing clarity. I had a 20-year old TV before this and the picture quality was nothing like this.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight, super clear picture
I would recommend this to a friend!
