Everything out of the box was well organized and easy to setup. All instructions were simple, easy to follow and covered all possible situations and possible misunderstandings. The features are great and very easy to access and understand. Much improved over my earlier model Samsung UHTV. The picture is super great.
Best TV, period! Watching movies from like the 70s or 80s in HD is incredible!
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display
I would recommend this to a friend!

The television is easy to setup and assemble. Picture setting were almost right on. I did let the TV warm for about 1/2 and hour and then use a THX video setup to adjust the contrast, brightness, then the color and tint. Contrast was the only setting that required tweaking.
I bought this TV because of the picture clarity and quality seen at store display plus the great value I got out of my old Samsung TV. This TV has not disappointed!! It's even better sitting in my living room. The detail and depth of picture is fantastic. You won't go wrong with this TV.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display
I would recommend this to a friend!

The 4K SUHD JS8500 Series Smart TV - 65" Class (64.5" Diag.) that we just purchased is the most incredible Smart TV I have ever seen or owned. We have 4 Smart TV's from Samsung (the other 3 are 40" Class, but this 4KSUHD is absolutely incredible!
The picture definition is beyond explanation! It is beautiful, crisp, and the overall quality, sound & affordability is very impressive. We Love It!
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight, aesthetically pleasing, free shipping, great viewing angle, new improved remote control, built-in bluetooth
I would recommend this to a friend!

After having a major issue with my last big name, big screen LED, I decided to shop Samsung. While viewing this TV at the retailer side by side with a 55" OLED, there was no comparison in my opinion. While both TV's were being fed with the same blue ray dvd, the Samsung's picture was superior to the OLED in clarity and brightness. The only advantage I saw with the OLED was the blacks were deeper and richer, but not by a great margin, and certainly not enough to spend the extra $$$$$$$$ for the OLED. Only had it for two weeks, but to this point I am extremely happy with my decision to by a Samsung. Although I have heard lots of negatives about the speaker quality in the new flat screens, I really can't say they are terrible, although they certainly could be improved on. My TV is tied into my home theatre system, so its really a non issue for me. I highly recommend this TV.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Lightweight, great looks
