I absolutely love my tv. Its graphics are screen are amazing. The 3D is undenialabily the best. The one flaw it has is the sound. I had to go and purchase a soundbar which made a huge difference. Not with that combination it sounds like im in the movies

This is my first Samsung purchase in many years. I decided to give them another chance after a lack luster stereo, and wow! After seeing the level of quality I purchased hw-h750 tube sound bar.
Pros: Bright display, Built-in speakers

This TV has the best picture and features. Stepping up to the 8500 series has definite advantages.This may be the last TV I will ever have to purchase.

Still too new to be totally sure, but we believe we will like this as much or better than the Samsung TV we just replace (recycled to the bedroom). Wanted to give a shoutout to Customer Service for their quick and efficient help with the set up. After completing the setup process my tv picture kept going black then coming back on and I was getting a message indicting a signal issue. I called Customer Service and did not get the "long wait on hold" I expected. The rep and I quickly and efficiently went thru a process to eliminate all possible variables and identified the cable box as the likely culprit even though it had been performing perfectly well with my older model 6000 set a few minutes earlier. After switching out the HD cable box for a newer model the set is working fine, apparently the higher tech TV needed a higher tech cable box. Great job by Samsung customer service.

Samsung is world leading Company, I truly believe this TV is Huge Leap in TV world from Quality to design , great mix of software and premium hardware , thanks to Samsung , this TV is the best I Ever seen , great sound also light weight sets just beautiful .... Highly Recommend

Just got new 55JS8500 . My intentions were to get a cheaper 4k but salesman pointed me to the JS8500. Actually returned another brand TV for this one due to wireless internet continually dropping out. I have played with this for about a day now. No issue thus far. Awesome picture and quite easy setup. Got the new K8500 Samsung Bluray and a couple Ultra HD premium movies to watch on this TV. And to be honest, I really thought, with the HDR (which is why I got the bluray and TV) that the image would just knock me out. Thus far, it is stunning but I really expected more, the image on the TV is nowhere as good as what I saw in the store. Got everything I need to get the best possible image just not there yet. Probably got a little tweaking to do. Nevertheless, this TV is well worth the money. May need some calibration advise. I have had every model TV you can think of and just in the past couple years, I have decided to stay with Samsung. To me, they have the best TV's out there and that is just my opinion. Again, the TV is worth the money. You will be happy with it.

I could not be happier with the Samsung UN65JS8500. This TV is awesome. The picture is fantastic out of the box. I really love the one connect mini. No more cluttered wires behind TV. The smart features are perfect and very easy to use. Lastly this TV is very beautiful and will compliment any home. I must say that is a must buy if you are in the market for a 65" 4k.
