This is outstanding TV

I' am really enjoying my new TV. there no that much 4K content expecting to see more in near future.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers

Complex but a great picture

The UN65JS8500 was installed on the wall and seems to be working well so far. I do not like the bezel on this TV as it reflects light. The remote control is totally different than the 558000 unit I had previously. There is no number pad and it is quite small. Time will tell if this works out as advertised. The factory setting for the picture was not very good and had to change all of the settings.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display
Cons: bezel reflects light, remote control difficult to adjust to

Great TV

Excellent picture and good black levels after some tweaking. Fast access to apps such as Netflix. Plays well with other connected devices. Judder is not excessive and adjustable. Would like to figure out how to keep my Samsung Blu-Ray player from turning on the TV when I just want to listen to a CD played thru my stereo. The screen pointer allows quick navigation through menu items.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight, easy setup, many picture adjustments, screen pointer, very good 3d
Cons: no native 24p playback, provided oneconnect cable too short

Buying a new TV today is overwhelming. We decided on the Samsung because of the features and a great picture, but the best surprise is how easy this smart TV is to set up.

Great tv and Smart features

I like this tv, but be sure to work tv mount screws into tv holes before mounting tv. The picture quality of this tv is amazing. I wish the tv remote supported infared signals so my sonos system would work seamlessly with the TV.

Pros: The upscaling (of non 4k video) is superb and worth the investment, particular if you have someone in the home with visual acuity issues. Set up was vey easy. Would buy this set again in a heartbeat. Kudos, Samsung.
Cons: We returned the first set because the mini connection box failed on first use. Personally, would rather see the ports built into the set and avoid issues associated with the box. However, this is preferential and not a functional issue.
Give up on using the web with this TV unless you pop for the bluetooth keyboard. It will NOT interface with any old bluetooth keyboard.
Pros: Realistic color, superb upscaling
Cons: serious web access requires proprietary keyboard

Best TV I've ever owned

This is the best TV I have ever owned. The pictures is super clear and super sharp. The colors are really vibrant. Even though I don't have much in the way of actual 4K content to watch, everything I've watched on this TV looks amazing. There are a lot of Smart apps to choose from with this TV, but I haven't really found any I like much. The only app I found that was worth using is a game. Of course there are the usual Netflixs and whatnot, those all seem to work well, but I have typically used other media players for those type of apps. Even though I'm not a huge fan of the Smart apps available, this TV has plenty of other great things to offer. The 3D from this TV is amazing. A lot of the 3D movies I've watched look better than they did in the theater. I'm really happy with this TV and I would recommended it to anyone looking for a 4K TV.
