Love my new fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator about 6 weeks ago. I replaced a side by side. I read reviews, researched several brands/models and decided on this LG refrigerator. I was a little concerned about the small ice maker, but I found it to make plenty of ice, plus I bout a small bin to put in the freezer to store ice.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fits right in our tight kitchen footprint

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We previously had an ugly white side by side which did not fit in cabinet depth, and was impossible to open due to the corner footprint it had. This refridgerator not only fits and is aligned with counter depth.....we can open it. Love the top drawer as it hold beverages perfectly, and we do not need to open fridge to do so!

We bought this frig couple weeks ago as we are updating our kitchen. It looks awesome and works great. I was expecting for the price to have the smudge proof surface but was disappointed when it did not. That was my fault for not double checking before the purchase. I love the extra middle pull out drawer and how it has different temperature settings, HOWEVER I REALLY wish it had an option to be additional freezer space. We had to purchase a small garage freezer as there wasn't enough freezer space. Having a smudge-proof surface and extra freezer drawer would have made this a 5 star purchase and I would have been willing to pay a little more for these features.

WHITE DOOR GASKETS?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only had this for less than a year but so far working great. The 4 doors and features well suit our needs. Great use of food space. My only complaint is why put WHITE door gaskets on a Black/Black Stainless model? LG does carry the gaskets in GREY. Replacing all 4 at my cost! This was not noticeable (and NOT an option) when we ordered ours on line since the store did not have one in stock to view. We will see how long this fridge will last as compared to my other brand of 12 years.
