I'm considering this product, but it is maddening to read 1 star reviews that are not relevant to this product. Please curate your reviews - I see you respond to them, it shouldn't be too hard to properly classify and be visible for the SKU / Model that has been reviewed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator and it had problems with the cooling compressor since I bought it. the Manufacturer had to replace it with a better one but now the refrigerator buzzes loudly when it is running. I am sorry I choose this model.

This brand new appliance has broken twice since we have owned it. Both times it was unable to keep food cold. This ruined hundreds of dollars of food and was a giant inconvenience. Both times we had to wait several days for repair service and parts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a new house 3 years ago and “inherited”this refrigerator as part of the sale. I’ve had it repaired 3 times now and am crossing my fingers it has a few years of life in it. I will say LG customer support and extended warranty is life support for this and I do appreciate their collaboration. All of this takes time and energy and disrupts our lives every time we have to move all the contents the unit to a garage unit before every repair. This is a very needy refrigerator.
