Bought the entire set french door fridge microwave stove and dishwasher The clocks broke after 6 months and only solution told was to unplug and plug back in that didn't work and we are living with it however now the fridge is shot we did All the trouble shooting and nothing after 9 days trying to get someone to come look they finally got me a resolution with a refund. I lost everything in fridge and freezer I'm totally totally disappointed especially when I really wasn't in position to buy everything but it looked beautiful and package deal so my fault buyer beware

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had the unit for 3 years and it just stop working. Got a 3 year extended warranty for it and long and behold a week after no longer got cold. Apparently this is an ongoing issue with the air compressor.

Got the whole set of these appliances and had to replace everything already because repairs cost more than items

Like many, compressor failed at 6 years. Nobody wants to work on an LG product in my area.

I bought my 23 cube feet refrigerator in September 2016. It had been replaced with compressor at least twice within 6 years. Also ice maker didn’t work and replaced entire the front door. I will not purchase LG any products anymore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The condenser and seal both broke within 4 years and I had them replaced. Unfortunately, same issue popped up 18 months later. I'm not going to risk paying for the replacement condenser because I have no confidence that it won't break again soon. I will replace this refrigerator with another from a different manufacturer.

Refrigerator's ice machine broke about 3 years after purchase, and then the rest of the refrigerator stopped working. According to the repair man, the compressor is too small to handle the load expected of it, and it would cost over half the price of a new refrigerator to replace the compressor.
