love the refrig except....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] great LED lighting , bright so can see inside of the refrig clearly. love the counter depth size, only draw back is the chill drawer, it does not stay on so I would have to hold in open with one hand and use one hand to get the stuff I want from the chill drawer. very quiet operation!!!!

Functional and beautiful series except...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had all 4 appliances of this "black stainless steel series" in my house now for almost 6 months and I love them all, however, coming from a house with many kids there is a lot of traffic in the kitchen area and although the anti-smudge protective coating is great, beware that any little scratch will cause an obvious sore eye to the piece. On day 1, I opened the right french door of the refrigerator and it slightly tapped the side of the wooden frame the refrigerator is in, and to my surprise there was a nice fresh scratch on the door that is there to stay. So keep this in mind if you have pets or small children with toys that can sometimes tap your fridge... it will leave a permanent scratch or mark that sort of looks like the regular lighter stainless steel color and is very obvious. I personally think LG should find a way to improve this feature because it is definitely a shame!
