[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As far as useability, the fridge is just amazing! We have plenty of room for everything we need to support our 5 person family. Love the middle drawer more than we thougth we would. We did have a couple issues after 4 years - our compressor went bad and a few months later the coils needed to be replaced. LG covered both repairs (labor and parts) completely under warranty. AND, they had someone at our house within 24 hours to fix it both times. They have great products and customer service, so I'm sure we'll be back.

We are so lucky we thought to buy the extended warranty. So far over the last 3 months we have had two new compressors, evaporative fan and adjustments made. It still is not right. Waiting on many delays from the warranty company and the manufacturer to make this right. Warning if you purchase make sure to get the extended warranty. We never purchase the extended warranties but we are grateful we did this time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would think a compressor would last more than 4 years. But they fixed this one for free, so I am happy with the service on it. However, very inconvenient when it died. Had to throw out a lot of money for food that was lost.

The fridge would be perfect if compressor was good as LG thought it was. It is quiet and efficient, but...After 3 years compressor fail is not what you expect from a new fridge. The good thing is they covered repair ( parts and labor) but it took them several days, so if you don't have another fridge, it is really inconvenient.
