[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the look of the refrigerator but since we bought it it has stopped cooling completely on two occasions. The last time we had company coming with small children and we weren’t able to get a repair person for over a week. Thankfully we were able to use a neighbors refrigerator. Once he came he replaced the compressor for the second time in five years.

Had a problem with the condenser,lost food,then this last week,we lost freezer again due to a leak of freon in the grills inside,so we also could not make ice

Had this LG refrigerator 5 years, and they repaired it 6 times. 3 compressors , 2 coils, and did without it for 5 weeks . Never buy another one ever again

So far have replaced compressor and problems with making ice! Now makes noise most of the time! Will not buy another LG product
