[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator four years ago and it’s been everything we wanted. It’s a counter depth and has room for all that we need. The icemaker is fast the water filter is easy to replace. Would love the middle drink drawer where we keep drinks,things like bacon and eggs on the one side. The flexibility of the shelving and having the one shelf that slides back for extra height if you need it has been useful. We would buy this again!

Learned the new energy saving compressor is not going to last more than 5 years. I won't buy any fancy refrigerator anymore.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge has been great until the compressor went out about 2 weeks ago. It’s only 4 years old. Thankful for the extended warranty. They came out to fix it no problem! I don’t like the fact that I have to have the counter depth (lack of space) but not the fault of appliance.
3 years old. Had to have ice maker rebuilt and in 2020 just before Xmas list fridge for 10 days. LG had to rebuild ENTIRE COOLING SYSTEM. LOST EVERYTHING in fridge and freezer. YES, we have extended warranty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In general, we like all the features. The middle refrigerator drawer, the water and ice in the door. Unfortunately, the refrigerator-freezer has not been reliable. The refrigeration compressor failed at 5 years and 2+ months but LG covered the part and labor for repair and the refrigerator is working properly now. However, we have had a recurring issue with the structure of the interior vegetable drawer. The top plastic part has broken twice now, I purchased a replacement part a two years ago and it has broken again, it appears to me the plastic was designed and molded too thin and not strong enough to be part of a shelf system.
