I’ve had my refrigerator for about a year now and it’s still the best refrigerator I’ve ever owned. The interior lights make it easy to see everything. The food is cold and stays fresh. There are no odors with the air filter. The water dispensed from the door is delicious. And the motor is very quiet. With the design of the shelves. It’s easy to see and reach everything. There have been absolutely no problems. The freezer holds a ton of food. Easy to reach . It’s nice having 2 pull out shelves for small items. I’m sold on LG for all appliances. Next I’m getting the washer and dryer!

Have owed this fridge for 3 years. It is very functional. It cools and freezes evenly with zero frost build up or moisture. The meat and vegetable draws work very well. The interior of the fridge is very bright and door in a door keeps high use items accessible without pulling very much cool out of the fridge when the door is opened. The freezer and draw lights don’t cover the full area very well. The freezer area might be a bit tight and small for high freezer users (I am not). I would rate this fridge 4 stars except two items. The compressor went out at 3 years. It was under warranty and was replaced by a skilled professional at no charge except the 4 days of food waste while waiting for the repair. The second is that the quality control or then quality of the plastic used in the interior and doors needs to improve. One small non structural crack appeared (see photo) in the first few months and a second small crack appeared in the 2nd year. For this level of fridge this shouldn’t happen. However it is a very nice fridge and hoping for many more years of use now that a new compressor has been installed.

Especially like the separate cold draw for storing meat and drinks. Can be as low as 29 f. Some problem with the retractable shelf that can get bumped and retract unexpectedly. Also needed to defrost the freezer coil once as it was rubbing the fan making a lot of noise. Happened after several years of use
