[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Chris came promptly and with a thorough knowledge of the refrigerator, he replaced the compressor. A month later the ice maker and water dispenser broke down. I requested Chris to come back.
The best part about Chris was that he alleviated any concerns about his knowledge, ability to fix the refrigerator or fear of being taking advantage of.
Overall it is a really nice refrigerator. aesthetically pleasing to look at, the ice maker works great, I never run out of ice and I use a lot of it. Plenty of room in frig and freezer with the 3 separate freezer drawers.
Pros: ease of use, Style/Design, Features/Settings
The fridge is good enough. Some of the features like the middle drawer is nice for vegetables and the like; however, compartments are small and don’t accommodate much. Similar to the chest freezer the added middle shelf is extremely limited as to what can be placed into it due to being such a narrow place. Anything thicker and 1.5” ran the risk of becoming jammed and dislodging the shelf from the tracks.

This refrigerator looks like and I like the drawers placement. I have had 3 different techs out to fix 4 different issues in the past few years. I didn't have a working refrigerator for almost a month.

I have had this refreshing 6 years and have always loved it, however the compressor went out. Biggest problem was getting someone to work on it, as there are no factory authorized repair providers where I live. Only 1 repair Co. In my are would work on it and they don't carry parts. No refrigerator for almost 2 weeks and a really expensive bill.
We an issue with ice buildup in the freezer since we bought it and now the water dispenser and ice maker doesn’t work because of a broken wire. The only way to fix it is to replace the whole door $$$
