Required for washer installation, but not the best

This was required for my washer installation.
6 feet is too long for my application (since the washer is 3 or 4 inches from the connections).
The hoses don't have 90 degree angles, so the hoses stick straight out of the back of the washer, which means it must be pulled away from the wall more than if the hose had a 90 degree angle.
I would have preferred a 3" hose with a 90 degree bend (like I had). I'm not pleased I wasn't given a choice.

I bought and paid for these hoses and the installer never brought them. He brought cheap rubber hoses instead and must have just kept them. I WILL NEVER AGAIN USE BEST BUY DELIVERY OR INSTALLERS.

Every New Washer needs New hoses. Best Buy makes sure You realize this for new items being installed. The team that came out to install my washer did an Excellent job. Very Professional and explained step by step what they were doing. Great Job Guys.
