Superior hoses. Having been a deliverer of washers before, i know the importance of changing your hoses every few years, and these are far superior ro the plain rubber hoses that used to come with each model.

First Delivery. Contractor found there was water inn the pipes. We were not told to do anything. The washing machine was off the side of where it would stand because we had to put a new floor down and we left it out. We drained the water and set another install date,
2nd Delivery. There was a defect in the back of the machine found by the tech person. The machine was not moved from the first delivery.
3rd Delivery. Everything went fine.
