Taking a star off, i made the distance between machines pretty clear upon purchase and yet the installers only had 6ft hoses. I ended up having to buy a 10ft hose to relax some stress. So, the reduction is rather a reflection on this being the default that comes with installs and not the wuality of the hoses themselves.
