This is a great washing machine! The color is more of a dark gray. It cleans very well and there are a lot of options for types of items/temperature/spinning. It also has a drain pump filter on the front of the machine, so you can easily empty excess water and clean the filter yourself.
The only thing I wish is that it had an interior light.

Been in my house over 20 years. I have been through various name brand washers including the commercial types. So far this washer has been the best. Large capacity washer that gets clothes clean. My wife washes virtually everyday soo it gets a lot of usage. I already had the Samsung dryer so they make a perfect match. Easy to use. With an abundance of features.
