Bought Washer/Dryer convo, (hence the hose pack), in March, sched. to deliver/install on apr 11, then the 19th. both times Best Buy cancel/reschedule. I finally cancelled the order, and then Best Buy also messed up the refund, and I had to call back to get my money back.
