I love these headphones and love that their with itunes. Except the left side has lost its volume and the shop said it wasn't worth sending away....probaly cheaper to buy another set. Would be happy to...except haven't had them very long...as always with items broke soon after warranty ran out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

After becoming familiar with its operation, have determined its my best ever purchase of an underwater player. My only concern is the lower than I would like volume while swimming.

Very good

I have used a pair for almost a year. It is tricky to get them to fit properly because once you start swimming if they are not properly placed and get water inside you are done for the session. You have to dry them etc.. What I discovered and has worked for me is to use the goggles so the strips on the them somehow overlay the mp3 cable and get them in place. Since I did this, I have use them without trouble for months. I had to replace a pair (using the 1 year warranty because it was not charging). A plus is that if you can fit them properly you won't have water on you ear (Swimmer's ear). I use Mac. With the new Yosemite version transferring music does't work as well as it was under Maverick.

The headphones are saying "no data" when I put songs from Apple/iTunes on them, when I put songs from CDs on them, etc. What type of music files does it take??

Hi, porters222, Make sure you are transferring music to the [Music] folder of your Walkman. The supported formats are listed here: http://docs.esupport.sony.com/portable/NWZW273_guide/en/contents/07/01/01/01.html. Regards, Vincent

Don't let the battery complete discharge

Only thing I can figure. I'd been listening and charging on a regular basis, then one time got a "Battery Low!" message, after which it turned off. No worries, I thought, I'll just charge it when I get home. Nope. It no longer charges. It *shows* that it's charging, and in fact I can see what's on it when it's plugged into my computer. But it will not play, power up, anything.

Great for swimming
on September 26, 2014

Works great for swimming! The controls are intuitive once you get the hang of it. It took several tries to pick the correct earbud size, but since I started using the correct size I've never got water in my ears!
Tip for earbud sizing: After the normal earbuds kept letting water in, I thought that I would need to use the larger earbuds, figuring that that would close the gap more. Turns out I actually needed the opposite. The reason was that the medium and large earbuds only fit a little inside my ear canal, whereas the small earbuds fit into my ear further, creating a better seal. So the tip is that if the earbuds seem to let water in, try to up and down a size -- don't assume that you know which direction to go...

Awesome MP3 player. It fits really snug and is very durable and water resistant. You won't regret buying it.
