When I signed up for this, it was supposed to be every 6 months, but they were sending them to me every 3 months. I tried to change this on the website and got caught in a loop. I called several times to get it changed to no avail. Finally, I canceled it.

I am on the scheduled 6 mos replacement for this filter for my fridge & it's wonderful. Can't complain. Comes well packaged so I know it's clean. I had ordered from a discount site before & I returned because it looks like it was used & not sanitized! Never again.

Can't find filters that fit any more

I have tried both the LG brand filter listed as the correct part and generic filters that also are listed as compatible. Neither fit anymore. We had purchased a 3 page 2 years ago and we are down to our last filter and can't find a replacement. Whatever redesign happened didn't account for older models still needing filters.
Pros: easy to use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought a 3-pack to use with my LFX25961SW refrigerator - this is the recommended filter - and they no longer fit, which is confusing since it is the recommended model. I'd prefer not using an off-brand filter, but they fit.
Pros: Performance, Quality, easy to use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this product directly because the store I normally purchase it from did not have it in stock and did not know when they were going to receive any. I don't normally do that but it needed to be changed. I was not worth the COST, to include the delivery time. I also wanted to be put on the auto renewal for free shipping but the site would not load all of my information.
