Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!

I bought this within 2015. Since then I have had to call service repair three times and each time for the same issue. I was told that this issue was a factory defect. They are wanting to charge me for coming out to repair the same issue again even though it's their fault!!!!! Never ever buy an LG product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine 2 months ago and I haven't enjoy it at least 1 month, i'll receive the second change in less than 2 months, because of problems on the tub seal and the bearing box, until I have an airplanes turbine spinning in my laundry room, I would like to know if any one have the same problem with this machine

Terrible Experience

Lets begin with the installation, the delivery company was horrible, poor attitude, lazy, and disgruntled. They did not turn the hot water valve after set up, did not go over any features, and the one who was in charge was unprofessional. After 6 loads of laundry is when I found out that the hot water was never turned on, and thats why my clothes were not coming fresh and clean.
Also i found metal filings and a chunk of metal in the drum. That does not sound good.
Pros: Features/Settings
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don't buy, it doesn't spin

I bought this about 3 months ago, and since then I been through some emails and a technician coming over twice to check out why this washer doesn't spin. It comes down to having to wash ONLY similar items of the same mass and volume. The technician that came over did a great job. But the washer on the other hand, is a waste of money. This thing can't spin for beans. This thing freaks out when you are washing different types of clothing. It just keeps readjusting itself, attempts spin again, then errors out. Really inconvenient for someone trying to wash tshirts and towels, or anything with towels for that matter, in one load.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lettering smears

Leaks suds from bottom

How can a product be designed to dump suds/soapy water on the floor? This is like having a baby in the home that is not yet potty trained.

Very good overall

Bought this model after having a competing but much older and smaller front loader. The LG has lots of customizable settings and on a small load is very quick 36Minutes on Normal. The capacity is very large indeed and have not loaded up in any big way either . So far so good.
Pros: Performance, easy to use
I would recommend this to a friend!
