Best thing since slide bread

Extremely quite no vibrations, sometimes I have to check on it to see if it is running. Huge capacity and the Turbowash is great, cleans in half the time saving time and energy. Great product.

Excellent versatile washer -- Tag-On doesn't work

Excellent washer. I am docking it 1 star because it doesn't have the its full advertised functionality in that it will not TAG ON to my Samsung Note 4 smartphone. Either your setup documentation is incomplete or Samsung's finest truly is not compatible. If I can get the NFC (TAG ON) connection established, I will give the washer 5 stars

I love my LG front load Washer

I am pleased with my LG front load washer and I love the color Graphite. I also bought the matching dryer and they compliment my utility room. We had heard so many positives about LG products we not only bought the LG washer and dryer but also a LG refrigerator.
The washer gets my clothes clean with less detergent than my previous washer.

Wrinkled dirty clothes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned thus machine for 7 months now. No matter what cycle and what spin I use the clothes come out a wrinkled mess. I tried 4 pieces at a time.. Didn't work.. Cold water.. Low spin.. They keep telling me the machine is fine.
I think it doesn't get enough water to clean the clothes. My clothes look beaten and worn.
Awful machine
They won't replace. I had service call.. Washed clothes exactly like they said.. Frustrating doesn't even begin to explain not to mention ruining my good clothes. Some have gotten holes in them.

Leaking water

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this washer 2 years ago for a new home. Had to pay a repair man to clamp the water hose. Water was leaking all over mudroom.

I'm giving this product a three because I do like the options and the ease of use. However, it's sad that after only 2 years, the letters literally smeared away on touch from around the selection dial. Read this might be from 1) harsh chemicals to clean ... nope, 2) spilled laundry detergent..seriously, this is a washing machine!!!! I expected more from the LG Brand!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’d give this machine a negative number if I could. I’ve had it two years, and it no longer drains. I have done the easy troubleshooting to no avail. I need to take the front panel off in order to do more troubleshooting, but I can’t figure out how to do it. There’s nothing on You Tube for this machine, and when I talked to the LG customer service, they were unable to help me, I will never buy another LG product, and I will never own another front loading washing machine.
