Pure Quality

We wanted a washer that could handle comforters, pillows, bedding and get the job done right. We are very much pleased from the smallest load to the largest load. Several years ago we purchased a competitors front load washer & we were so disappointed. We can say nothing negative about this front load washer. The washer gets the clothes clean, no soap residues. Just Clean, Clean, Clean. The washer is very quiet & highly efficient. Easy to learn about, with every function a person could want. I think we only have a great product that will bring us years of quality Service
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality

Awesome Washer
on March 15, 2015

from Simple to use. Cleans clothes well. Quiet.
We bought the LG 4270 washer and dryer set as an upgrade to LG 2270 set owned for 9 years. Absolutely no regrets. Big performance improvements with this washer. True balance system keeps the machine stable and quiet. No more jumping around on the floor during spin cycle. Turbo wash is great. Door design is large for easy loading and love the partial Magnet hold for moisture air dry. Plenty of wash cycle choices and clothes come out clean. Super product. No disappointments with our purchase.
Pros: Performance

Our new LG front loader is really quiet

Amazingly quiet. We had an LG front loader for 12 years and the improvement in sound (quiet running & spinning) is truly remarkable in our newest one. You can hardly tell it is running. Clothes come out great. Still learning the ins and outs of this remarkable machine.
Pros: Performance, Quality, quiet running

DOESN'T SPIN!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super excited about my washer and dryer... It has all the features plus style... Very big size and a pretty high price...
Currently, washing 6 pairs of jeans and 1 hoodie... It have been well over 3 hours and the washer doesn't spin!!! It keeps giving me error codes...
This is pretty big washer! So i refuse to believe that the load is too heavy for it!!!
Its only 6 pairs of jeans and a hoodie! What is going to happen to when i wash my towels and sheets???
Not worth the money.

Gets the job done!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We decided to pay a little bit more for a washer and have been very happy with our LG. Before, we noticed our clothes were not getting as clean as we wanted (3 little kids) and now we have seen a big difference. Lots of options for cycles and features makes it easy to get whatever garment you need clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit less than 2.5 years and the machine died; not working, when diagnosed, came to know about these issues which I never thought with the quality/review I followed before I make decision to buy the same:
Issues: Upper unit needs a new control board and Lower unit needs a new drain pump

Very Nice Energy Saving Washer
on March 21, 2015

This is the most expensive washer I've ever owned and I love it much more than my old one. It offers many washing cycles and I'm able to customize them if I want to. Turbo feature cleans one load of clothes in about 30 mins., which saves me time, energy, and water. The tub is very well balanced when I put heavy items in, like I mix big and small towels with a big bath mat in one load. The "Tag On" feature is fun to play with. This washer is performing the way I expect it to be for the money. And it's very solid. So far so good!

Good Washer
on April 3, 2015

I have only had the washer for about 3 weeks or so, and it seems to be pretty good so far, converting from a Whirlpool Cabrio top loading washer to an LG front loading washer is taking some adjustment, for instance, ANY spots on any type of fabric MUST be pretreated. Although the cycles are a lot longer than they would be with a top loader, the water bill has gone down quite a bit. My only complaint – once the washer finishes a cycle, you have to wait a bit (usually 10 min or more) to start another load as the power button does not respond.
Pros: easy to use, Features/Settings
