[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer works great and VERY quiet. It would be nice if you could be able to turn on the LED light to see into the washer when it's running. If when the unit is turned on the selection panel would light up dim, but what you select would be bright. Our wash areas light makes it hard to see the selection panel when only what you have selected is lit up.

Clearly Superior Efficiency

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm thrilled with the reduction in water usage and cycle time over our old LG front loader purchased in 2004. Our laundry comes out cleaner, in less time, and using less water. Color me impressed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Many users of these high end He washers use pods for the detergent. The manual makes NO REFERENCE about how to use pods with this washer. Originally I just put it is the container labelled liquid detergent. There was a bunch of blue gunk in that container. Finally
I called LG to find out how to use pods with that washing machine. I was told to just put it in with the laundry. It qould have been nice to know that before I started washing clothes.
