[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the washer and matching dryer to put in a newly remodeled room - the looks of the pair is fantastic and the performance is beyond words ...... They are so quiet , so fast and the job they do is the best I have ever seen . Awesome !

A washer that is a dream come true!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second time I've purchased an LG Washer. When I moved I had to leave my washer and dryer. The home I purchased came with a new washer and dryer. After using it for a few months I knew I had to purchase an LG washer & dryer. I'm so pleased because of the excellent features, how well built the machine is and the quality of how well my clothes come out smelling clean and fresh.
Pros: Features/Settings, Performance, Quality, easy to use

I am just dissapointed of this machine because just started to leak water underneath ( back side). It is under warranty and GeekSquad tech couldnt find the leak and said it has seen this as an issue for this type

Pros: several programs that peovide a good variety, energy efficient, and easy to operate.
Cons: short warranty, and HE programs not using enough water to properly clean.
We usually use the bulk wash program that washes the clothes well.
