[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is perfect everyone love it in the house it doesn’t shake it doesn’t make noise you can put your close to wash and just sit watch tv and just get a reminder in the app that your clothes is ready to take out and the best part is inthe app you have more choices to choose of what type of clothes you want to wash choose it and just download it. Is that simple, i am in love with my new washing machine

The only thing that has quit working on it is the music that it played when you turned it on. Everything else works great, I wouldn't trade it for a different washing machine.

I swear that there was nothing that could bring it down... and then, and almost 19 years of reliable service, the core rotted out. Oh, no! We spent a lot of time researching possible replacements, and were sure that nothing would come close... we were, surprisingly wrong. Why didn't we buy this washer sooner? I appreciate good machinery, but, OMG, this washer is AWESOME. I can do 2- 2-1/2 loads (compared to the old machine) and the clothes are cleaner! Plus, this washer plays melodies! I swear that this washer is a reincarnation of Grandma's dryer that played 'How dry I am' when it was done. This new washing machine effectively uses less water and energy and cleans are clothes so much better than ever before. We are using less detergent and only vinegar as a softener, so we are saving even more money.
This washing machine is a no-brainer. If you need a washer, buy this one- you will NOT regret it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] According to repairman, except for the pump which commonly needs to be replaced and a problem spinning towels and like items, it is a good machine. The front panel cracked and is no longer made by LG. This machine is the worst washing machine I have ever owned in my life, except for the wringer washer I had 45 years ago.

I love my front load washer, my clothes are alway.
