[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use, quiet while running, but did not expect that the motor would break right after 5-year mark. Could not get repair covered under warrantee, and likely, motor is covered for 10-years, with out of pocket cost for labor and tech visit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only downside is the rubber gasket has so many crevices that if you don’t completely air out and pat dry after every wash, mold will build up. We had to replace our gasket because mold toxic and impossible to clean.

Repair was going to cost more than the machine so we had to buy a new machine. If I had the extended warranty would not have been concerned. Really did love this machine and its performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went to get another washing machine and pick up the LG WM500HVA wow was I wrong it’s not just a washing machine but one step above all the others! New features like filling detergent and fabric softener so you don’t have to canceling be adding more every load. Steam and germ killer so your clothes are fresh and clean as possible. And the LG thinkQ app making more use of your time you can wash a load when leaving work and when your home it’s done! The little thing add up to something above what we had before! Thanks LG for making something better than I thought I needed!

My biggest issue is the odor (more like a sewage smell) left behind after a wash. WE regularly clean and dry the tub as well as tub wash once a month. Regardless, the odor persists. Had an LG serviceman come out and he could not identify the source.
