[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer as a replacement for a Samsung top loader that was the subject of a recall. This front loader is superior in every way, not just in washing method but in overall product quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this unit 13 months ago and so far has been trouble free. Once a month we empty out the reservoir and clean the filter. Wipe down the door seal and leave the detergent tray and main door open when not in use to help extend life of the seals.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This washer is great. I have used almost every feature it offers. Stains are gone and clothes are bright and clean. Washer much faster than my last front loader. Love it so far!

This is our first LG product and we are very pleased. We did reviews on front load W/D and as we worked through what we wanted in a W/D pair we ended with LG. We do not have a large family so the ability to downsize from the large pairs and still have the features was important. This is a great pair. We have had many W/Ds over the years and these are by far the best. The only wish I would have would be the capability for the washer door to be reversed.

I Love, Love This Washing Machine!

This is the most expensive washer I've ever owned but so worth it. I did a lot of research before buying from LG. The Consumer Report's ratings were helpful and a deciding factor.
This machine is a very beautiful, solid and high quality product. It offers many washing cycles that I am able to customize. The "Turbo" feature cleans one load of clothes in about 30 mins., which saves time, energy, and water. The tub is very well balanced with both big and small loads. This washer is performing the way I expect it to be for the money. I also like the sound it plays at the end of the wash cycle. I just wish that I could make the sound louder. So far so good!
