We inherited this machine from the previous home owner. It’s 9 years old, so I don’t expect it to work perfectly. However, the machine has given us trouble with the drive train twice, and this time we had to wait for the right part to arrive.

very disappointing after 4 years warranty expiration machine broke down and it cost as much as a new one to fix. mistake to have it repaired

We purchased this washing machine over 8 years ago and we have never had any issues with this product. All of our appliances are from LG and we love them all and have never had any issues with any LG product we own.
