Looks great but ....

I have been using this dryer for the last 8 months and I am a little bit dissapointed by the overal performance. Our clothes are always allwayswet still or damp when the dryer shutts down. What is the point of sensor drying if it doesen't work. It turns out the energy saver mode which is on by default doesen't dry our clothes all the way. I am not sure if most of the drying options make any difference if the end of the day my clothes are still wet and stinky if they were in the dryer all day.
Pros: Style/Design, Quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love It So Far

We also have LG models that are a couple years old in our second home and are very happy with them. I've only had this dryer a little over a month but so far I'm very happy with it. I really like the steam feature on this dryer. If I don't get the clothes out right away I can use the refresh feature to steam them and then they won't come out wrinkled. I love the appearance of these machines in my laundry room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had it almost 4 years. Was great initially, but find that the clothes wear out quickly... over the last few months, have had clothes tearing. Come to find out, known lg dryer issue- but because we were fortunate to report before 5 years, lg took care of it.
WHAT?! You know it’s an issue. Should have fixed it before my clothes started ripping. And if I were to have the problem after 5 years, fix it! Ugh
