Spin cycle not working

This problem has been resolved, although we are unable to do small washes or wash light weight items and bulky items, such as towels and tshirts, together.
This is very inconvenient I luckily bought the extra care insurance, because I feel there will be more issues.

excellent washer, clean far better than our previous washing machine. The extra soiled option works amazingly well - even our rags are really clean now! The best is the super fast spinning which reduces drying time considerably. The machine is a bit loud when it fills with water, then it quiets down. Best washer I have ever owned. Super easy to use too.

Great new washer

I love this washer, it is quick, easy to customize the setting and it does a great job. My clothes are cleaner than they were with my old style top loader even my husbands performance gear that he runs in, my old washer sometimes needed two or three times to get it clean and fresh smelling, I have yet to rewash something with the new washer. I love the ability to customize the cycles and I have found even the cold wash cycles get my clothes clean although I have not used it on smelly work out clothes. So glad we chose this washer.

We purchased this product from a local dealer and are quite pleased. This is our first procuct from LG and from the looks and performance it will not be the last. Pleased with the installation, the look and the performance of the product.

I don't really understand how it can work

New to taking care of the house work since my wife's stroke after 41 years, can't understand how it can get the clothes cleaned with very little water but it does, but it is very quite and hasn't had any vibration problem even with heavy overalls or large loads.
