when the machine is washing the laundry, it's mechanical operation is very smooth and quite. Very easy to use. Good buy.

Have had the machine for a little over a month. The performance is great with the turbo wash. All in all it is a great machine. Easy to operate with many features. I hope the reliability is as good as they advertise, so far, so good.

This washing machine has all the features I need to clean everything in my house--from delicates to heavy bedspreads. It is also very easy to use. I do have one small issue that LG should consider: when I turn on the machine, I usually have to change the cycle. It would be helpful if it automatically turned on to the last cycle I used.

This has been a very nice machine and would effeminately recommend it to a friend. Quiet and smooth and the soothing finished chime is pleasant on the ears. We are very satisfied.

This washer offers so many options. The only downside I've found so far is there isn't an iPhone app for the NFC Tag On option making it unavailable to me.

Bought both the washer and dryer and a stacking kit. Very easy to set up and install. Looks great in our laundry closet. Very simple to use and tons of cycles to chose from.

I went from a standard top loading washing machine to this...and what a difference! ! I have a family of six so I have a lot of laundry but with this pair I get it done faster and my clothes come out cleaner, it has also saved me time and money.
