Very pleased

This is our first washer, so I don't have a basis for comparison, but we're very pleased. Love the feature that automatically senses the load size and we're very pleased with the cleanliness of the clothes. The little song it sings to alert you that the cycle is finished is really cute, but you can turn that off if you don't like it.
Water does tend to back up into the detergent dispenser, but I just open the tray after the load and leave it open to dry. Not a big deal.

These machines are great. I had them for about 3 months now. They perform perfectly. I rated the features down only because the manual do not adequately describe how to use those features.

was looking for a front loader for a while it just happens that our old washer had its last days and was researching on line for different types and makes but my final decision was this one with great features like steam wash for allergy sufferers i was inspired by the lg you tube videos

This washer works great. Uses less water and cleans clothes very well. Spin cycle almost dries clothes.

We love this washer! We researched washers a long time and found this make and model to be superior to any other. We like all the different cycles and have used many of them. The quality of the wash is superior. It gets the towels so dry it takes less time to dry them in the dryer. Most of the complaints are baseless. HE washers are supposed to use a lot less water, that is a benefit. The time it takes to wash the clothes is not much greater than old wash machines. One very important thing is to read the manual thoroughly, then all your questions will be answered. Washing is now fun!

I grew up as #3 in a family of 11 and I'm now 62, so I'm experienced in washers. My LG washer has turned out to be an over-achiever in functionality and looks. I'm not really electronic savvy but the control panel on my LG has made it simple for me to select from the many options that are available to meet any of my washing needs.
A quality product that will last through my retirement and beyond!
