[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought his machine about 4 months ago and l cannot be happier. This machine is constantly in use by a family of 5 with no issues at all. The only maintenance is to make sure the filter at the bottom left is cleaned out and the door constantly left open to prevent mold around the cover washers
Pros: ease of use, Quality, Style/Design, Features/Settings, Performance
I didn’t expect a major issue like a motor failure with a top of the line washer from a reputed brand. Software interface is also not very helpful as I couldn’t download a custom cycle.
Overall a good machine but doesn’t handle bigger sized items like comforters.

Why not 5 stars? Nothing is perfect. To have an expectation of max before starting only defeats the purpose of an honest review. Pro - High Efficiency Ease of Use, quiet Con - If you don't keep up on the routine of cleaning. You will notice! Which is NOT a LG issue, it is an issue for all front loaders

Now our second machine. Last on only lasted 7 years. Needed to buy same model because of stacking with existing dryer. Machine is noisey as heck. Not happy with brand or function.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great features and ease of use but failed and had to replace after 8 years with a “LE” error. Replaced with current generation equivalent. We’ll see how long this one lasts. May be last LG appliance I buy.
