uses so little water

Large enough capacity to add extra clothes when grandkids visit for summer! Amazed at how well it cleans using so little water. Love all the options for various kinds of laundry. Takes less time to dry clothes because they have so much less water left in them.

Bought this on 01/2015. Have had no issues with it. It cleans great, my water bill is not very high even though I do at least 4 loads a week. If Washer/dryer combo are boing at the same time, I can barely tell they are going. I am very happy with my purchase. I would recommend it.

Prefer my old washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this washer last November. I do not like this washer because it goes out of balance frequently, (top loader never did that), it smells bad sometimes so that I have to sanitize it (top loader never smelled bad ), I have to drain the water out of a little tube under the tub and clean the filter periodically (I never had to clean the filter on the top loader). It has a tub clean cycle - but I didn't have to tub clean my old washer. It does have a sanitize cycle to wash germy things that I like but the

Great washer

We bought this to replace our 12 year old other brand before it went out and glad we did. It gets clothes clean in a fair amount of time and is quiet. I gave it a 4 on features because it does not have a WHITES cycle which some of still use. We have been replacing all appliances with LG and they are great/

I wasn't sure if a front loader was the way to go but I'm glad that I did.... Easy to use and easier to load and unload. I would highly recommend this washer. I also purchased the matching dryer ..... And I'm glad I did....

Doing laundry is almost enjoyable

I didn't think I could "enjoy" doing laundry, but I am loving my new washer. Fast and thorough, it's easy to use, especially with the pedestals. This leaves my previous front loader in the dust. I especially love the cold wash and speed wash features.

It shrinks my clothes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally abandoned my old maytag for a new LG front loader. What a mistake! First of all, the machine has a small leak out of the door. Not a big deal. But the biggest problem is that it shrinks my clothing. I have never heard of a washing machine shrinking clothing, but it does! Usually it is clothing that is rayon or polyester material, that says machine wash on delicate. I wash it on delicate but my clothes still shrink. I have ruined several shirts and dresses thanks to this machine. The other problem with the front loader is that my clothing comes out tied in knots. It is ridiculous.
