4 stars because I haven't had it long enough to really know, but I can say that it's a joy to use thanks to the cool modern features. I like the way it turns on, the lights, the sounds, even the nice peaceful chime it plays when it's finished as opposed to a loud buzz. I tried the steam fresh cycle, and it got the wrinkles out of a shirt. I am just really enjoying this dryer so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time purchasing an LG product for a major appliance. I purchased this dryer due to a recommendation from my mother regarding LG and the features it contained. I have been very happy with my choice so far. I love the easy to reach and operate button located on the front of the dryer. The preset dry times and load selection choices are very well done and accurate for our needs. The manual lists the possibility of the door "dripping" when using the steam feature. However, The only water I found after using the steam feature was a small amount of water located on the inside of the bottom door seal. Everything else was dry. This dryer also has an energy star rating which is important to me. This rating helps keep my energy bill low and my budget doesn't increase along with the possibility of obtaining a rebate from my electrical company. Overall, very satisfied. Haven't had this appliance long enough to give it a 5 star rating.

Dryer blew up.
