We are sorry to hear your dryer takes too long to dry a load. You can troubleshoot issues with a long dry time from the following help article: https://www.lg.com/us/support/product-help/CT10000011-1432223739634-not-drying-long-dry-time ^CP
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dryer a month ago after researching and talking with my appliance guy. Had a LG dryer previously that sold with our home. Replaced with this model after being told to buy nothing but an LG. So that’s exactly what we did and it works great and has great features.
Pros: Performance
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointed/Poor Quality

I purchased this dryer and matching washer in November 2015. Today, I turned it on, selected time dry/medium heat. Hit the start button and it lost power. Now it will not turn on. I’ve tried the hard reset with the power cord unplugged as suggested by LG that I found on the Internet. Still no power. Checked voltage at the plug and terminal block, all is well and connections are tight. Very disappointed that a dryer this expensive only last 3 1/2 years before having major problems. My Whirlpool dryer that I replaced was 11 years old and still running to this day. Should have bought new ones for my daughter and kept the Whirlpools. I hope to hear from LG with a solution tomorrow or I will probably not own another LG product!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new LG Dryer took a bit of getting used to but I love it. My clothes have never been so fresh and smooth.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this washer and dryer for our new home because it fit the existing space we had. We needed a stackable washer and dryer so we were limited with choices. It is okay. To be honest I have not been overly impressed with it considering all of its features.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that I have so many drying cycle options. What I do not love is that if I run consecutive dry cycles, I often get a flow sense warning of d80. I know the duct is clean as I just hired a company to clean and video the duct. It’s a great dryer otherwise, but it’s just too sensitive.
