Really Quick Drying!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't believe how quickly this dries a full load of laundry...about 1/3 of the time of my old dryer. Took off one star because it's not great at small loads. I would recommend just doing time dry for those ...even then, sometimes it doesn't get them as dry. Still would recommend it!

I've had my dryer for little over 2 yrs now and it's been a good dryer other than the lint catcher is warped and it has torn alot of things from sheets, clothes down to towels. A pair of my work pants got snagged on it here recently and broke the lint catcher because it got so twisted it broke. Now I have to find a replacement lint catcher. Other than that it has been a good dryer.
Pros: Style/Design, ease of use, Features/Settings, Performance

STOP RUINING MY CLOTHES!

the lint filter keeps breaking and my clothes get knotted in it. it ruined several items . I got replacement parts and still no good .

Lint filter ruins clothes

Our lint filter will not sit flush and clothes catch on it. It has ruined many pieces of clothing. It's a known issue (google it) and I have been unable to get anyone to respond to my requests for help via twitter support, which is what they suggest you do on this forum.

will ruin your clothes

my filter piece does not sit flush and has ruined thousands of dollars of my clothes. I have tried everything to help this not happen. I would love to know how we get a replacement that actually works because obviously I am not the only person this has happened to.

My clothes do not dry completely. I have to run the dryer two to three times to get clothes dry. I do not know how to use the steam option and it has to be filled with water. It is not automatic like the older models. The appliance store recommended this model and I am sorry I chose it.

This washer has exceeded my expectations!

This washer is fast, quiet and energy efficient. A sensor determines water levels and adjusts according to laundry weight. My clothes come out clean and are no longer subjected to that awful ringer which often stretched and ruined my sleeveless shirts. I would definitely recommend this product. FYI: mother of 4 and I run at least one load of laundry per day.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality, energy efficient, saves time

Excellent Dryer

My wife and I love this dryer. Our old one was about 13 years old. My how the times have changed. This dryer has a great capacity and lots of different features. We have only had it for a few weeks, so I still have lots of settings to play with. The True Steam is a nice feature, especially for when you forget to take out the clothes and they get wrinkled. So far, we couldn't be happier with this dryer. Very efficient and the little jingle at the end of the cycle is much more enjoyable to hear than the loud BUZZZZZZZZ alarm of our old. Once again, LG never lets me down.
