I can't say that I'm too happy with the quality of this dishwasher or the extent to which it actually cleans our dishes. This dishwasher was brand new when we moved in our house, but it has not worked like a brand new washer. I would not recommend it to others.

Middle of the Road

We've had this model for about 8 months now. The lower spinner bar has a tendency to disconnect and it already caused one melting of the extension sprayer. They happily replaced it for no charge, but I find myself 'screwing it back in' about every 6 washes or so.
As far as cleaning, the model has a tendency to be very 'picky' about placement. In my old dishwasher you could pretty well put dishes anywhere and it would get to them as long as you didn't block the main spray arms or stack things too close together. On this one I can set a pan face down and depending on what shelf and what part of that shelf I place it on it will not be cleaned. I'm not talking baked on food here, I mean just normal stuff. Also, on the heat setting for drying, it dries dishes not much better than just letting them air dry, and has a distinctive 'plastic' smell. So, once you figure out placement, it works fine. No shining star here, just an average machine at best.

We find placing a cup of white vinegar during a short cycle will eliminate the “plastic” smell. Also, with pans we do recommend placing the pan upright and not facing down. I wish the top rack was lower. My large glasses are to tall so I have to put them in the bottom rack. Other than that I am happy with it.

We have had our dishwasher for about a month now and I love the look of it. The black trim makes it look very sleek against the cabinets. And I love the smudge free finish. No more finger prints!! We had the exact same dishwasher in black and just changed our finishes to stainless. I highly recommend this product!

We bought this dish washer with microwave,range,and fridge
We have only used it once since we bought it.Does not have heat dry,
and takes to long to clean. For two people we use the sink, which is much quicker,and use the dish washer for storing groceries
